What NilPDF provides

NilPDF provides free, browser-based PDF tools (merge, split, compress, convert, and more) that process files locally on your device. No account is required. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Your responsibility for your files

You are solely responsible for the files you process with NilPDF and for having the right to process them. NilPDF does not review, moderate, or have access to file contents, since processing happens locally in your browser.

No warranty

NilPDF is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular:

Tools such as Repair PDF attempt best-effort recovery and do not guarantee successful results.
Compression results vary by document and are not guaranteed to reduce file size in every case.
NilPDF may not support every PDF variant, encoding, or embedded feature.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K Digital Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NilPDF, including data loss from files you process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NilPDF to process files in a way that violates applicable law, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the service.
